The New York Urban League invites you to join us for Giving Tuesday on November 29th!
Updated: Nov 23, 2022
The New York Urban League is proud to announce the launch of our 2022 #GivingTuesday campaign. #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving powered by social media, collaboration, and campaigning. #GivingTuesday is celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This year we will celebrate #GivingTuesday on November 29th.
Our goal is to raise $35,000 in support of the New York Urban League’s Empowerment Days, which provide an opportunity for 200 NYC high school students to learn about careers and industries that they may not have ever imagined by visiting corporations around New York City and engaging with professionals who will share their stories of success and career trajectories. This year our Empowerment Day objectives include:
Recruiting 200 New York City high school juniors and seniors
Recruiting 15 Corporate Partners to host, interact with and provide job shadowing opportunities to students
Recruiting 25 volunteers
Creating business cards and professional totes for participants to take away
Incorporating project-based learning into the event to help participants build their professional portfolio
We would like to thank PayPal for providing a matching gift of $10,000 to help us jumpstart our #GivingTuesday campaign.

The player comes back to FNAF because the lore and mystery are endlessly fascinating. There are so many hidden details and secrets that fans want to uncover. FNAF Freddy sits at the center of these mysteries, drawing players deeper.
Giving Tuesday is such a solid way to redirect some of that post-Thanksgiving spending energy toward something meaningful. I hope NYUL hits that $35K goal for the students.
Been killing time lately with an idle scratch-card browser game and found Scritchy Scratchy useful for figuring out the ticket odds and prestige mechanics without having to grind blindly.
So glad to see NYUL focusing Empowerment Days on exposing students to careers beyond their imagination—that’s exactly the kind of exposure that changes trajectories. Wishing you all the best hitting that $35,000 goal! By the way, I keep a free in-stock availability finder I like to share. https://stock-finder.net/
I’ve come across birthday wishes for brother that include hopes for new adventures, achievements, and plenty of reasons to laugh during the coming year.
I’ve noticed MyBath mentioned when people discuss choosing bathroom vanities for different room sizes. Proper measurements are important when working around existing plumbing and fixtures.
