Registration Includes Access to the Following Events:

HBCU Fair with representatives from over 40 HBCUs
College Readiness Workshops
HBCU ‘Experience’ homecoming-style activities and entertainment

Attendance Limitations:

Everyone attending must be registered in advance with no exceptions.

Student Barcode: After registering, each student will receive a barcode via email. This barcode is essential for students’ entry to the fair. Please ensure to bring a digital or printed copy that will be scanned upon entry.
- If you did not receive a bar code, please email: info@hbcu-cfnj.com to retrieve your bar code.

Email Confirmation: Bring a copy of your email confirmation for check-in purposes.

Seniors - Required Documents:
- Sealed, official transcripts and completed applications for schools you are strongly interested in
- Unofficial transcripts (approx. 10-15 copies) for admissions reps to review
- Test Scores: Standardized test scores (if available) may be used for those seeking on-site admission and scholarship offers.
- Letter of Recommendation: One or more letters from teachers or counselors

The New York Urban League will host its 38th Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Fair on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The Fair offeres students access to HBCU admissions representatives, on-site college admission applications, scholarship resources, workshops and HBCU entertainment. Held in collaboration with the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair, Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park, and the New York Urban League Young Professionals, the event averages over 5,000 attendees, waives approximately 2,350 application fees, and dispenses over $2 million in scholarship awards on-site!
