2025 Young Adult Empowerment Days
The New York Urban League helps New York City high school students explore career options and interact with professionals at the top of their field in Corporate America at empowerment sites across the city. Empowerment sites coordinate facility tours, conversations with employees at all company levels, and speed mentoring.
Past Empowerment sites have included the NBA, Food Network, Outback Steakhouse, Google, BET, Mount Sinai, Interpublic, American Airlines, L’Oréal, Microsoft, National Grid, NBC-4 New York, and WABC-TV.
We brought together young men for a day of inspiration, mentorship, and building skills for a better future, all focused on the New York Urban League's mission to achieve economic self-reliance and equal civil rights.
