New York Young Professionals
Founded April 1, 2003, the New York Urban League Young Professionals is an auxiliary group of young professionals 21-40 years old who live and/or work in NYC and the surrounding communities.
We are dedicated to supporting our community and our affiliate, the New York Urban League, through volunteerism, philanthropy, activism and leadership development.
With a rich history rooted in community, the New York Young Professionals are the training ground for young professionals who serve as Community Activists, Elected Officials, Educators, and Corporate and Nonprofit Leaders.
To support the New York Urban League in Empowering Communities and Changing Lives the goals for this new administration are to:
Deepen relationship with current members by leveraging their strengths and creating programming that directly aligns with the interests of the membership.
Strengthening the relationship with our affiliate, the New York Urban League, by collaborating on events, completing at least 10,000 service hours, and raising at least $50,000 for our affiliate give.
