The New York Urban League has launched a Diversity & Inclusion Lab
The Diversity & Inclusion Lab is an incubator for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives, Recruitment and Best Workplace Practices. The Diversity & Inclusion Lab seeks to empower leaders to inventory their own skills in order to craft a workplace that makes success possible for all. It encourages collaboration, shared insights, and builds a platform of diverse talent which members of the Diversity & Inclusion Lab can draw from for their own career search via NYUL CONNECT.
Lab brand partners include: Macy’s, Salesforce, The New York Yankees, JP Morgan Chase, New York Jets, Fidelis, AvalonBay Communities, Audacy, National Grid and New York Power Authority.
The D&I Lab will help solve the challenges that brands have in sourcing, reaching, retaining and developing not just diverse talent but Black talent in particular. Each D&I lab partner will be sharing career opportunities and other resources monthly via the NYULConnect portal.
