YP Fellows Program is a transformative, leadership development experience for eligible Young Professionals. As a commitment to closing the economic gap for American-American New Yorkers, our “Pathways and Pipeline” Fellows program, targets early career professionals across top sectors interested in “future of work” tactics for career advancement and who are committed to supporting their communities through impactful practices. This year-long curated experience enriches their professional lives by creating connections that develop into relationships, harnesses their power to drive results and provides strategic insight into the challenges and opportunities for advancement.
