More than just career days, NYUL Empowerment Days provide an opportunity for high school students to learn about career possibilities through leadership, expertise, and collaborations exposure to CEOs and other top professionals sharing stories about their journey and insights. Since its existence for over 10-years, we are engaging over 200 students annually in intensive day long programming. The New York Urban League is dedicated to developing innovative strategies and programs that empower students in our community to confront and overcome societal messages of inequality, so that they may reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
