 In addition, NYUL continues to do our part to put Black talent at the center stage in the consumer goods realm.  By taking advantage of the “for us by us” trend,  Black-owned brands positively impact the African American small business path to the consumer marketplace.   NYUL still supports the 15% Pledge, an initiative to get national brands committed to allocating 15% of their budgets to buy Black-owned brands.
