HBCU Fair and Workshops

 

​Description:

The New York Urban League hosts its Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Fair each November. The Fair offers students access to more than 50 HBCU admissions representatives, alumni, and staff, along with college and scholarship resources. Held in partnership with the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair Tour, Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park, and the New York Urban League Young Professionals, the event averages over 5,000 students, grants, 2,350 application fees waived and dispenses approximately 1,500 students, over $2.0 million dollars in scholarship awards on-site!
