The YPs are a collection of New York City area professionals that believe in improving the lives of others. Our members are: doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, students, public administrators, financiers, entrepreneurs and more! With this diverse collection of professionals we provide a unique networking opportunity where one can associate with like-minded who are interested in: service, opportunity, financial literacy, civil rights, education, equal employment, and fair housing.

The YPs exists` to support the mission and vision of its affiliate, The New York Urban League, a local affiliate to the National Urban League, whose mantra is, “Empowering Communities. Changing Lives.”

We are proud to serve the 2011 – 2012 term as co-leaders to New York’s movement. Our goal is ensure your experience as a member is a positive one filled with opportunities to serve, network, and grow as a young professional.
