About Erica:

Erica is a 4-year YP member and it took her two years to find her niche, which is part of the Fund Development team.  Erica was drawn to the Fund Development Committee because she wanted to have the opportunity to conquer her fear of cold calling for money.  She currently works in banking at J.P.Morgan but before Erica settled into a corporate job, she traveled the world as an international flight attendant for American Airlines.  It was a unique travel/work experience and was, by far, the biggest influence on her personal growth to date.
