Job Title: Traffic Coordinator

Description:
Facilitate the internal workflow and manage the process to allow the coordination and release of quality media material for the assigned clients.   Ideal candidate should be well organized, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving and possess good communication skills for interaction with coworkers, sales and all departments.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, activate and control the day-to-day process and assist Traffic Manager.
Potential candidate will be responsible for assigning commercial rotations, making changes to rotations, completing affidavits, keeping records on all copy for audit trail. 
Objectives are to facilitate the internal workflow and manage the process to allow the coordination and release of quality media material for the assigned clients.  
Track and update all broadcast jobs to ensure they remain on schedule.
 

Job Requirements:
Should have at least one year “traffic experience”. 
Knowledge of Viero and NexGen or other comparable traffic systems preferred but not required. 
Entry Level Position, minimum of bachelor’s degree.
