Services to Families, the foster care preventive services program in Brownsville-East New York communities of Brooklyn, helps families set and achieve goals. In addition to counseling and parenting skills training, the program includes nutritional counseling, home management skills development, and workshops designed to assist parents in navigating the complex New York City schools system. Funding from the New York City Administration for Children’s Services supports both Family Redirection and Services to Families.
