The New York Urban League’s Employment Services program serves both the employer and job seeker matching qualified candidates with employers who are actively hiring. Our goal is to match qualified candidates to employers that lead to hires for our employer customers and job seekers.

EMPLOYERS:

The New York Urban League can help your business by screening and matching you with qualified candidates for your posted job openings. We have candidates for your entry-level, middle management and upper management positions. We have over 2,000 job seekers who have posted their resume with us. Forty percent of the applicants have bachelor level degrees and twenty-five percent have higher level degrees resulting in a talented pool of applicants. JOB SEEKERS:

The New York Urban League can assist you with services to help you get the job you are looking for. We will provide you with workshops that will show you how to develop a winning resume; show you job search and interviewing techniques to help you land the job you are looking for. Whether you are an entry-level employee, blue collar employee, middle manager, degreed professional, we have the services that can help you succeed.
